Updated to the 1.1.1 version and it crashes when trying to start the program. Win 7, 64 bit 8GB RAM. Uninstalled and download the update directly and still crashes on startup.
Am I the only one having this issue?
For now I am going back to 1.1.0.2192.
We have the same issue here. Crashing on start on 4 workstations and 2 others work fine. All are Win 7 x64 with the same image.
How do I find the old installers?

Any luck yet finding out what is causing the crash on start for 1.1.1?
@ChefScott So far we haven't been able to reproduce this on our test machines. Here is a debug version of 1.1.1. If you have the chance, extract this on the offending machine and run MatterControl.exe - it should create a useful error message on crash.
No crashes at all with the debug version of 1.1.1. It started up fine and I made a few prints with it with no issues at all.
Now to figure out how to activate Image converter.
Well I suppose that is good news, even if it does leave us without good info for debugging. Thanks for testing it.
Making an installer that includes all of the changes in the debug version. Will post it here in a bit - that way if you unlocked the Image Converter previously it will show up.
But now, it is crashing on start up. I have three files that the crash report points to:

This is after running (and crashing on start) the debug version.
I have come to the conclusion that this crashing on start of the program I am experiencing has something to do with the printer auto-connecting (Printrbot 2014 wood Simple). If I start the program (using the debug version and the latest installer you posted above) with the printer not connected the program runs without any issues, I can then plug the USB cable into the computer, connect manually to the printer and use MatterControl. But if I have the printer on and the USB cable connected it will crash on start up every time. Now this happens when auto-connect is selected for the printer. If I turn auto-connect off the program starts up fine and I can connect to the printer once the program has started.
Maybe this can help solve this issue, or at least get you a better idea of what is going on.
