Questions
Photon Mono, Initial screen comes up but is not responsive to touch. Trying to seat the ribbon cable from main board to display board the white ribbon cable clip on the main board broke. Looking at replacing the main board (your product here) but would also like to replace the ribbon cable at this point. Do you have it also? I can't find the one I took out and felt it might be damaged. Also any thoughts on the display not being responsive to touch (can't select 'print', tools, settings) and if that could be a main board problem or the smaller board before the display? Will this work on photon mono x 6k?
i have the photon mono and the printer is no longer reading anything off the usb stick. I've tried 3 usb sticks, tried both fat 32 and ntfs, tried all file types and still nothing is showing up. i was wondering if there is any other things I can try or if a new motherboard would even fix this problem.
Hello, the power switch on my mono had an issue last night. The machine turns on but the print stops after the first layer. Reproduced the same effect 3 times. I assume I'll need to replace the motherboard?
Mono x just stopped curing anything the only fix is to turn it on and off several times until I start to hear the "peel" sound I'm assuming this is a motherboard issue?
