Tips for Printing with Build Series Nylon CF
Nylon is an amazing material to print with, but the most important step to remember is to make sure it's super dry before using it. It's a hygroscopic material, so it easily absorbs moisture from the air.
- Dry at least 12 hours at 70℃ for best results
- Use a hardened steel nozzle - the carbon fiber makes it a little abrasive
- Avoid excessive bending of filament as it feeds through your printer
