The New and Upgraded CraftBot Plus Pro 3D printer lets you start printing in minutes with it's out-of-the-box, easy-to-use, plug-and-play design. The CraftBot Plus Pro offers an impressive build volume of 250mm x 200mm x 200mm, letting you create large-scale projects in a single print rather than having to split up your 3D model.

With the new all-metal hotend, you have access to most 3D printing materials, including abrasives such as NylonX, NylonG and NylonK, or confidently print with the reliable favorites such as PLA, PETG, ABS or OBC.

The built-in LCD touch-screen provides a status of current prints as well as machine control without the need for a connected computer. The CraftBot Plus Pro is also compatible with MatterControl for the best possible 3D printing experience when connected to your computer over USB.

New Glass Build Plate Is the Perfect Surface for Most Materials

The build platform on the New and Upgraded CraftBot Plus is a tempered glass, which means excellent first layer adhesion, perfect heat distribution across the entire print surface, and a smooth, flat print surface that ensures a level print with a clean first layer. Heat and adhesion pair beautifully for use with more difficult 3D printing materials such as ABS and Nylon, which we have successfully printed, even without a full enclosure. You have access to the entire build area, thanks to the easy removability of this newly designed build platform. When a print is completed, the plate quickly comes out, so you can pop off your finished part, confidently add any adhesive you prefer, and start a new print in seconds!

A Tidy Design that Blends Right into Your School, Makerspace, Factory or Workshop

The CraftBot Plus Pro is equipped with a direct-drive extruder and mount-anywhere spool holder for maximum compatibility with your workspace. The spool holder attached on one of the screws on top of the machine, allows you to mount your spool on the left, right, front, or back of the printer. Feeding into the extruder is easy because it moves around with the hotend, so even if you want the filament mounted on a shelf above the printer, it will feed just fine! Another awesome benefit of the direct drive nature of the machine is the ease of calibration when it comes to retraction. Direct drive systems are very responsive to retraction settings and allow you to easily avoid stringy or under-extruded prints. With quick and easy pause and resume for your print, and the beautifully designed interface on the huge, 5" color touchscreen, you have quick, easy and total control over your 3D printer and your 3D prints.

A solid, sheet metal frame and a Core XY motion design share the load between the two motors for more economical operation and a repeatable, reliable 3D printing experience. It utilizes manual leveling of the build plate using three set screws, so you can simply monitor your first layer and adjust as necessary to ensure perfect bed adhesion. This simple and solid leveling solution persists through repeated removal and replacement of the build plate as well as many, many prints.
