Compact & Rigid design
The magic of the Aero is combining the hotend and extruder, producing a very slim profile. Upgrading to a Titan Aero allows for an additional 25mm of vertical (Z-axis) build volume thanks to it's small size. A compact design also makes the Aero extremely rigid and capable of printing faster than other hotends.
Easy to install and maintain
Mounted using the standard NEMA17 pattern, the Titan Aero is ready to be installed in a wide variety of existing 3D printers. Incorporating Titans engineering and proven extrusion system makes Aero a highly reliable and feature rich component. Loading and unloading filament, manual extrusion, adjusting idler tension and clearing debris are effortless with this simple design. The use of Titans 3:1 gearing allows for smaller motors and a lighter weight carriage, improving the long term reliability of your 3D printer as a whole.

Ultra responsive, excels with flexible material
The slim profile of the Titan Aero means the shortest possible filament path, making Aero the perfect extruder and hotend combo for printing flexible material. 3D printing flexible filament is challenging because the filament can bend and jam between the extruder and nozzle, a situation all but eliminated due to the tiny space between those two areas on the Titan Aero. This feature extends to standard filament as well, yielding improved responsiveness of the extruder. Start, stop and retract faster and with greater accuracy than any other hotend, providing more accurate, cleaner prints.

Does LulzBot TAZ Flexy Dually Tool Head v2 work with CREALITY D1 Sermoon
what is the difference between the Flexy Dually and the Dual extruder? Which one is more useful or can they both do the same thing? is there any way to set up the taz 6 by using the existing print head an adding a second printhead?
why not just sell the printer set up with a dually extruder and just be done with it. That way I can print any material pair I need to or only one. seems easier than the way you are doing it. I'm buying this great printer and the less I have to do in order to use it the better. You could allow the person ordering the printer to chose single or dual extruder. but for the small difference in the cost that I believe there would be I think that most would just but the dual model.
I sometimes want to use non-Flexy dual. If I want to use Flexy as a non-Flexy, how do I change the carriage configuration settings?
I bought this dual extender. Is the hotend the same for both Flexy and non-Flexy? Is only the Extruder different?
Can the flexydually print with one of its extruders alone if need be. Example: only printing PLA with the back extruder while the other is inactive or only printing ninjaflex with the front extruder while the other is inactive?
when trying to print with the flexydually, it cleans the nozzles (twice) then it starts to prep the filament to extrude and then Error: PROBE FAIL CLEAN NOZZLE. how do i fix this?

So these extruders can only reach 240c? I thought the singe head that comes on taz5 could go to 300c
