The Form Cure (2nd Generation) offers efficient curing in just 60 seconds, providing rapid UV curing and instant heat activation for reliable and validated outcomes. This makes post-curing of large Form 4 prints effortless and efficient. With ultra-fast curing capabilities, general-purpose resins can be post-cured in merely 60 seconds, while engineering resins are completed in under 15 minutes. The system requires only 60 seconds to reach a temperature of 60 °C in the 230 V version.
Designed for reliable and validated performance, the Form Cure features a 48 LED array and convective heating system that ensures uniform UV and heat distribution, delivering an irradiance of 14.5 mW/cm² and reaching a peak temperature of 100 °C. It is capable of accommodating any part from the Form 4, allowing for the curing of parts up to dimensions of 200 x 125 x 245 mm on a 235 mm turntable. The user-friendly design includes a sleek new appearance with pre-programmed curing cycles, an easily cleaned glass turntable, and a side-hinged door for convenient access, all within a compact footprint.
