- Recommended Bed Temperatures: 60°C - 90°C
- Choose the temperature based on what the filament you're mainly printing with recommends. (i.e. Bed Temperature recommended for NylonX is 60°C±10°C)

- Removal Process
- Dissolves faster in warm water
- Agitating it in water from time to time can also speed along the degradation process
- Dissolve in a container of water that is much larger than the size of your print
- A small container works as well, however you will need to replace the water more frequently as the degradation process slows the more the water is saturated with the support material.
- This mainly applies if all or a majority of the supports are printed out of this support material.

Filament Care & Maintenance
Because Ionic is hygroscopic (readily absorbs moisture from the air), this filament must be dried in some kind of filament drying system before use in order to fully maximize its capabilities. We also highly recommend storing Ionic in some kind of sealed container with a packet or two of silica gel desiccants if you do not intend to use the filament immediately.
Specific drying instructions: 70°C for 12 hours, best case is PrintDry with filament feed directly to the printer via PTFE tube.

The Ionic filament keeps blocking the nozzle in my Flexion Extruder, I am using a .4mm nozzle @250deg C. What retraction settings should I use for this filament?

I've tried many different settings, and every time I try to print ionic with nylonx, the nylonx doesn't adhere well to the support material, breaks away, and ruins the print. Any suggestions?

It would be great if this product was on a standard sized spool. I have a multi-material system that requires a specific range of spool sizes, and this one is an odd size so I had to respool it, and throw away a good portion because it didn't spool tightly enough, which is almost impossible to achieve by hand. Just make it a normal sized spool please
This material seems to want to print very slowly, I'm printing at 245c, and I had to turn down the max volumetric speed to 3...by comparison I use 14 for ABS/ASA. It also oozes like mad and generally speaking leaves blobs in places. I may try a lower temp even though this is the best temp for my ASA and within the specified range of the product.
