Do you have to anneal this Kodak PLA filament to make it tough? If it does, what method of annealing should be use? Heat it in the oven or put it in boiling water? Is this PLA heat resistant material? As good as ABS dealing with heat temperature?
Yes, with any tough PLA you would want to anneal it to toughen it up.
The annealing temperature is generally half of the printing temp so around 150F for about an hour in a calibrated oven. ABS would still be better if you are looking for heat resistant material.
