LulzBot LulzBot TAZ Glass/PEI Print Bed
The dual sided print bed is one of two parts that makes up the LulzBot Modular Print Bed System which also includes the LulzBot TAZ Modular Print Bed Heater. The print bed itself includes a borosilicate glass plate with a sheet of PEI (Polyetherimide) laminated to one side of it. Allows for increased versatility and is an easy upgrade that will allow for improved maintenance and ease of use.

The Choice is Yours!
This print bed features two components. Of those two components, you can choose which surface works best with the material at hand instead of having to pick and choose only between the filaments that work with the one type of surface you have. If you want more surface options beyond glass and PEI, having an additional Glass/PEI Surface with BuildTak installed will maximize your printers uptime and filament compatibility.
Two In One
Just like the BuildTak FlexPlate, this plate allows for double functionality as there is a separate surface material on the other side to allow printing easily with different materials. This also means easy removal for maintenance if the print bed should ever break or need replacement.
The More the Merrier
So you’ve finished your print using the LulzBot TAZ Glass/PEI Print Bed and you need to immediately start a new print. That’s easy! Since the Print Bed is modular, you can swap in a second, clean piece and start your next print right away. The print bed can be easily removed, cleaned, and reused. You can further decrease downtime in maintenance by keeping an extra LulzBot TAZ Glass/PEI Print Bed on hand. All this without having to disconnect any wires!

Questions
Hi I would like to know more about this refurbished combo and the b stock designation. What does it come with. What warranty. Detc etc
Hi, I need help picking a Bamboo labs package. I’m going to ditch my Qidi and join the Bamboo community. I need to center everything around your pro Nylon filament or ninjatek Armadillo filaments for low level production. OR should I wait for the next model Bamboo printer which I heard may be coming soon!
Hello! I am a firm believer in getting the tools that you need when you need them rather than waiting for the "latest and greatest". The world of 3D printing is always advancing and changing, but Bambu Lab did say that they will be announcing new printers in Q1 2025, not necessarily releasing right away.
So, with that said, I'd highly suggest, and this is what I'd suggest when getting ANY brand of new 3D printer, getting a bundle that includes at least one spare nozzle and one spare build plate, such as the EDU - The Works Bundle. These are the most likely parts to become damaged or worn out, especially when first learning a new 3D printer's quirks.
I hope that helps, but, if not, then please feel free to reach out to our sales team directly at sales@matterhackers.com and we'd be happy to discuss your projects further with you!
Best,
Aaron N., PhD
