If you get stuck during unboxing, setup, or your initial print (or have additional questions not covered in the guide provided with the machine), Launchpad includes an hour of video conference time with one of our application engineers to go over anything from the guide you may want more discussion on or to look at your next steps in 3D printing.

Launchpad Basic is everything you need to get off the ground in 3D Printing with your Centauri Series (like the Elegoo Centauri Carbon), but if you have a specific goal in mind, from creating a product with a specific material or finding the best way to 3D print your latest idea, you can add on additional Engineer Time to go deeper into the possibilities of your machine. From learning about succeeding with engineering-grade materials like NylonX and NylonG to designing your own ideas and creating them on your own machine, MatterHackers is here to get you started right. Additional available Services include:

• Additional Application Engineer virtual consultation and training time (2-hour increments)

MatterHackers Launchpad Terms and Conditions

Overview: The Launchpad program provides support and training for customers who purchase a Centauri Series 3D Printer (e.g., Elegoo Centauri Carbon). It includes a guided video series for setup and one (1) hour of virtual consultation with an Application Engineer. Services expire 3 months after delivery.

1. Included Services

• One (1) Hour Consultation: Virtual video session with an Application Engineer to assist with setup or address questions.

2. Expiration of Services

• All included services must be used within 3 months of the 3D printer's delivery date.
• Unused services do not carry over, transfer, or qualify for refunds.

3. Additional Services

• Extra virtual consultation time is available for purchase in 2-hour increments.
• In-person training is available in select U.S. locations (contact sales@matterhackers.com for more details).

4. User Responsibilities

• We recommend (but don't require) that printer setup is completed as per the user manual guide before scheduling the consultation.
• A stable internet connection is required for virtual sessions.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Launchpad services are non-refundable once the user manual guide has been accessed or the consultation session is scheduled.
• Launchpad services are not separately refundable when purchased in a bundle.
• Launchpad services are non-refundable after service expiration.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited session time.

6. Limitation of Liability

• MatterHackers is not liable for issues arising from hardware setup, software errors, or user actions. The guidance provided is for educational purposes and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
