PROCESSING SCHEDULE

DSH has Debinding and Sintering runs scheduled on the first of every month, and parts need to have arrived to DSH on or by the Friday before. What counts as properly packaged and shipped parts? PROCESS AND RETURN SPECIFICATIONS

  • Within 48 business hours of purchase, please expect a follow-up email from a MatterHackers' support team member with your unique processing ticket code, packaging instructions, and form.
    • Processing ticket codes only cover return delivery within the U.S. Additional shipping charges may be applied to customers outside of the U.S. If you want to use a processing ticket and live outside of the U.S., please contact support@matterhackers.com for options.
  • Packages must include a processing ticket code and printed form that is included in the follow-up email, as well as your 3D printed green parts that total up to 1kg or less in weight. Any packages that do not include all of the previously listed items will result in a delay.
    • Weight exceeding 1kg will either require another purchase of an additional processing ticket or acknowledgment/agreement that only the amount of weight in parts you purchased with a ticket will be processed.
  • DSH processes packages the second and fourth Tuesday of every month. This excludes holidays.
    • i.e. If your package arrives just before a Christmas falls on the fourth Tuesday of December, then your parts will be processed later in the week. Refer to the schedule posted on the Processing Ticket product page for accurate dates.
  • To have your package processed on the week of a run, it must arrive no later than the Friday before the scheduled run.
  • During a processing week, parts are checked in on Tuesday, debound and sintered from Wednesday through Thursday, and shipped out no later than Friday that same week.
  • There are currently two return shipping options available:
    • Standard - Return delivery of about 2 - 5 business days, depending on your sender address' proximity to DSH's location, AFTER green parts have been processed
    • Expedited - Overnight/One day return delivery AFTER parts have been processed
  • Processing Tickets expire three months from the date they are purchased.
