Power & Compatibility
The Modix Filament Dryer is an independent device designed to be connected directly to a power outlet. It should not be connected to a printer’s PDU.
- In the US, the 110V version is provided, regardless of which Modix printer model a customer owns.
- While some Modix printers (such as the Meter and 180X) use 230V even in the US (hence the included 230V PDU), the filament dryer remains a separate appliance and requires a standard 110V wall socket.
