EASY PRINT, EASY POLISH
Polymaker’s PolySmooth PVB filament is easy to 3D print with thanks to its fairly low printing temperature of 220°C, and its low warping factor—basically as easy as 3D printing with PLA filament. After your part is 3D printed with PolySmooth, just place it inside the Polymaker Polysher, set the timer, and you're done! The machine will vaporize isopropyl alcohol, and polish your PolySmooth 3D print to a smooth, glossy finish with no visible layer lines. The polishing process usually takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes depending on the size of the 3D print. The Polysher can accommodate parts up to 150mm around and 180mm tall, and the circular plate rotates to ensure an even smoothing on every angle of your project.
Go from concept to finished parts in a fraction of the time!
The left part is fresh off the printer, the right is after 25 minutes in the Polysher with 90% Isopropyl Alcohol
