I have tried all the recommended settings and orientation of parts I have used a whole bottle of the liqcreate castable, I have changed supports and I still couldn't get one successful print it sags on the side facing the build plate and at the supports I have warmed the resin I can't get this to work what else can I do to improve the prints? I am using a mini 4k
Hey, not too much experience, had my first successful print literally today on try number one. I'm glad I'm not the only one with issue with castable. Printed a circular shape. Here were my general settings(Saturn 8k[aka fat boi]). ALL LIFT SPEEDS 45mm/min, off time normal 3s, off time bottom 5s, regular layers 7s, bottom layers 120s. Lift height I normally set to 3mm with such a slow lift speed but it's currently 7 and I'm doing my second print. I did just recently change my FEP/PFA film and sanded the build plate with 600 grit. It stuck like hell with 600grit and 120s bottom layers. Layer height was 0.03mm. I so wish there was more info on this so I wish you luck and failure always comes first. Don't give up 🙏
AND USE SUPPORTS! I did 6mm. It's worth sacrificing the print time to have something that comes out rather than grainy resin!
