Is this suitable to coat the inside of an FDM hot water vessel for a prototype coffee brewer? 190F water, needs to be NSF 51 or NSF 61. FDM parts are Polycarb.

I'm trying to make a PETG printed container water tight. The project is a windowsill planter. I've made many of these out of ABS, but am struggling to have it hold water without leaking using PETG. Would this product work? If not, do you fine folks have any suggestions? I've tried using Krylon clear coat repeatedly on the inside surface without success. Even PlastiDip seems to be a problem.
