Questions
I see that the printer holds the spools on the inside. Is there room for larger spools of filament? We tend to buy the 5lb rolls of PLA
Is it possible to change the nozzle on the hotend or do you need to get a completely new hotend in case it clogs or something? What kind of nozzles are used?
1) Can I buy additional 1mm hot end or I must buy the whole family? 2) From your inventory of filaments what is the one with the highest glass transition temperature?
I've had this printer for between 2-3 years now and I won't be getting another product from this company. Every time I almost get it working reliably something breaks, only half their parts are available from MatterHackers, the other half you have to search in google to get a link to the manufacturer ordering page because their site design is so bad, I've never heard back from their customer service on the issues I've been having, and all their tutorials are so brief and lacking detail that they're clearly written by someone that's already expecting you to be a master with one of these machines. When this one breaks, I'm selling it for parts and never getting another one from this company. Matterhackers support is fantastic and I love you guys, but this printer is freaking awful.
If I print 2 identical parts at once (one on each head) what is the build size of each part?
just replaced my FEP on my Peopoly Phenom Large-Format MSLA 3D Printer saw that there what looked like fep film on top of the led screen and its peeling off, due to some resin getting on it, not sure what the purpose of it was anyone have any ideas.and around the outside of it it had some kind of black tape, should I go ahead and replace it,

Which Petg filament do you recommend to use with Sigmax R19 beside BCN3D's own Petg?
We just bought one at work and there's a 1/16" gap between the bed heaters and the glass. Is this normal? I'm printing Tough PLA...on my Ultimaker 2+ I get perfect bed adhesion at 70°C, with the R19 I've had to go to 90°C to have any hope. Because there are two separate heaters and a gap between them, I really have no hope of adhesion over that gap. Is there something like an aluminum heat spreader or something?
Can this be modded to use 1.75 filament? Could you do it prior to me purchasing?

What 3 d print is best for printing Braille
Hi, I see only very few filaments in 2.85mm thickness available on your site (namely 3 from dupont). Can 3mm thickness be used instead? If yes, will this affect the settings or the life span or any other issue? Thank you!
What is the maximum tolerance it can hold?
The BCN3D stock factory video from a trade show has the machine printing a pair of white flexible bellows. With a bowden tube feed, flexible filaments would normally be excluded. How is BCN3D solving this problem?
Can you control the temp of each hot end separately?
Can you feed the the Sigmax from an Octopi? It says it has USB connectivity, but not sure if that means as the host (reading from a USB stick) or the slave device (tethered printing).
Is it possible to print (2) different parts (A&B) side by side at the same time with different extruders (E1 & E2) ???
