What is PLA Filament?

- It's really easy to use
- Low warping
- Environmentally friendly - much more biodegradable when compared to other petroleum-based plastics

I built, installed and PID tuned my E3Dv6 I got from you and it looks really nice. But. No matter my PLA part cooling fan setting, no matter the temperature setting, it jams. It isn't the usual jammed-in-hotend-rebuild-the-hoten sort of jam. I can get the filament out, no issue. I have raised my printer temperature 20 degrees higher than I normally print this filament type, but no good, clear under extrusion, clear extruder grinding the filament. I use a "duster" disk to keep gunk out, but nothing is working. What should I look for that I am clearly missing?
What do you have to change on the firmware? If I adjust the machine to physically be at the correct distance from the bed as well as understanding that the new mounting will impact my print area if unchanged, is there anything else?
I have a Makerbot Replicator 2x. (Works only ABS and PLA) We need to work with 1.75 nylon filament. What kind of accessories do I need to change? Thank you
I have a Rostock Max V3. Has anyone managed to mount this on the V3? Is it worth it - that is what are the advantages?
What size ferrule cable crimp terminals would fit the thermistor cable, as the one i have supplied is too short so need to extend it.
How is this different than the Direct version?
Do you sell extension cables that fit the connector on the fan and thermistor, also the heater cartridge? I need them to be more than 2x longer then they already are?
i purchased this kit for my rostock maxx v2, but i cannot get the coupler to connect to the underside of the stock extruder
Do these come with the new silicone socks that are on the e3d site? http://e3d-online.com/E3D-v6/Full-Kit/v6-1.75mm-Universal-Bowden
I recently installed a E3D hotend on my rostock max V2 and I noticed that the old layer fan shroud that came with the stock hotend is very close to the print bed and has started catching on prints. Is there a modified shroud that needs to be used with the new hot end?
do you sell just the nipple of the bowded tube?
what is the maximum temperature usable.
What is the size of the coupler thread?
Is this compatible with the maker select?
Will this or on a Prusa I3 3d Printer of Ebay ?
I couldn't find the option to get a 24v E3D v6 - it passes all the way to credit info and still no option.
Is this hot end compatible with a Lulzbot Taz 2?
