What is PLA Filament?

- It's really easy to use
- Low warping
- Environmentally friendly - much more biodegradable when compared to other petroleum-based plastics

Questions
What is the price per spool if you buy larger quantities than 12. Is there a price list for that? You can shoot me an email with that information if its easier. Thanks -Mark
What are the Matterhackers build series filament spools made of? I want to recycle them because I have quite an extensive collection here at home. I know about the Master Spool project but there are many types of materials that cannot be purchased without a spool. Thanks
Hey! I’m curious about your customer service. I’ve tried a few silk PLA filaments before and while I Absolutely adore the finish, I cannot seem to get good layer adhesion (bonding). The decorative prints I print have smaller parts (think 2.5mm diameter cylinders) that I’d rather not have snap off when I bump it against something. With Amazon I can try a filament, decide it’s not good, and return it. But I’d rather not support amazon... I just want the peace of mind of buying filaments and being able to get answers or a return.
Please reach out to us at Support@MatterHackers.com and we would be happy to help get you up and running!
