As a Customer Support Specialist, you will wear many hats, and fill in on various tasks and projects - ranging from assisting customers via phone and email, entering orders, and assisting operationally when needed.

Job Details

In this role, you will primarily provide phone support as a member of our Customer Success team, responding to customer inquiries with courtesy and efficiency, and working towards becoming an expert in our catalog and operational processes. You will be on the front line for order and sales support via phone, email, and in our retail showroom. In addition, you will handle a variety of related administrative duties. You’ll help customers and route them to the appropriate department for more detailed assistance, and you may act as a floater and fill in for any department that needs help with a project or task. We’re looking for a superstar on the phones - a highly organized, calm, critical thinker who is quick on their feet, well-rounded and passionate about arriving at a favorable resolution for the customer.

What You Will Be Doing

- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, providing customer support/troubleshooting, and assisting in-store customers

- Assisting with customer and vendor returns / RMAs

- Assisting with projects in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Creating custom quotes for potential customers

- Processing purchase orders and drop ship/special order requests in a timely manner

- Coordinating with shipping department for order adjustments

- Communicating with vendors

What You Need for this Position

- College Degree preferred

- Retail / Customer Service experience

- Exceptional communication skills, including writing, speaking, and listening

- Problem-solving skills

- Organization skills

- Extreme attention to detail

- Passion for helping small businesses

- An interest in/experience with 3D Printing, CAD software, Help Desk software, and technical/mechanical issues a plus!
